We want you to love everything you bring home from Found & Favorite. If something isn't right, we're here to help.

Return Window

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

Eligible Items

Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition you received them.

Non-Returnable Items

• Items marked Final Sale
• Items that have been used or damaged after delivery
• Custom or personalized items

How to Start a Return

Email us at hello@foundandfavorite.store with your order number and reason for return. We will provide a return authorization and instructions within 2 business days.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5-7 business days. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrived damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and we will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
