Cold brew does not need a countertop appliance or a complicated routine. A dedicated glass brewer keeps the process contained: add coarse coffee, fill with water, let it brew in the refrigerator, remove the filter and pour.
Why a dedicated cold brew maker helps
The Cold Brew Maker combines a hand-blown borosilicate glass pitcher with a reusable 18/8 stainless-steel filter and an airtight silicone seal. The narrow, fridge-friendly shape lets the same vessel handle brewing, storage and serving, so there are fewer containers to clean.
Choose the right size
- 1.0 L / 34 oz: a compact option for one regular cold-brew drinker or a smaller refrigerator.
- 1.5 L / 50.7 oz: more room for a shared household or anyone who prefers to prepare a larger batch.
Both versions have a measurement scale, removable stainless-steel filter and protective silicone base. The brewer is dishwasher safe.
A simple overnight method
- Use extra-coarse or coarse coffee so the reusable filter can do its job cleanly.
- For the 1.0 L brewer, start with 85 grams of coffee. For the 1.5 L brewer, start with 110 grams.
- Add water to the MAX line, cover and refrigerate overnight.
- Remove the filter, then taste. Serve as brewed or adjust with water, milk or ice to suit your preference.
Coffee variety, grind and brew time all change the cup. Treat the first batch as your baseline, then make one adjustment at a time until it tastes right to you.
Make the routine easier
Set up the next batch while cleaning up after dinner, then let the refrigerator do the rest. Because the brewer also serves as the storage pitcher, your morning step is simply pour and enjoy. The same filter can also be used for loose-leaf tea.
